Cheese Frittata

Ingredients
6 large eggs1 cup shredded cheese - I used parmesan and provolonesalt & pepper to tastebutter
Directions
beat eggs till they are blended. Stir in cheese. Heat a cast iron skillet (about 10") over medium heat with 2 TBSP of butter. When the butter stops foaming (but before it browns) put the egg and cheese in the skillet and turn down to low. cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until set. If it is not set after 15 minutes, put it in the oven at 350F till it is. Remove from pan onto a plate and cut into 4 pieces.
