Ingredients
7.0 oz Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate1.25 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.5 cup Brocolli, Fresh Steamed12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.25 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 serving NATURAL SHREDDED CHEESE - KRAFT NATURAL CHEESE SHREDS - COLBY & MONTEREY JACK 2% MILK SHREDDED
Directions
Cook chicken with oil. Cook noodles. Med heat butter and flour 1 min; add parm, pinch pepper, 1 tsp salt, simmer 10 min. Micro brocolli 4 min. Combine all. Put in 9x13 sprayed with nonstick spray. Garnish with cheese. Bake 20 min at 350.
