1.0 pancake (4" dia) Pancakes0.5 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter0.16 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Use your favorite low carbs pancake mix and make them as you usually do. Let them cool, and refrigerate. When on the go, or for a simple breakfast, add half a tbsp of peanut butter, flax seed, and a pinch of cinnamon on top and enjoy.
