Lentils with Kale

Ingredients
5.0 clove Garlic3.5 cup Lentils6.0 cup Vegetable Broth1.0 cup onions, chopped1.0 cup carrots, shredded6.0 cup kale, shredded
Directions
Saute carrots and onions in olive oil until softened. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add broth and bring to a boil. As lentils, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about one hour. As chopped kale and simmer for 15 additional minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Serving Size: 1 cup serving
