Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 4 tbsp Tahini 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 fl oz Water, tap .5 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) .25 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio .25 tsp Paprika
Directions
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans and set aside. Blend in food processer lemon juice and tahini for one to two minutes until well mixed and smooth. Add the garlic, spices, and hot sauce and blend for one to two minutes until smooth and creamy. Add half garbanzo beans and half of olive oil blend until smooth. Add remaining garbanzo beans and oil blend for one to two minutes. Start to add the water one tablespoon at a time and blend until you reach the consistence you desire. Place in a bowl and top with about 2 additional tablespoons of olive oil and paprika.
Make sure to blend well after each addition to get a smooth and creamy texture.
