1.0 cup Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat1.0 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf (salad)1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh0.2 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added2.0 tbsp Blue Cheese or Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing
Directions
Cook crab in butter with mushrooms Shred lettuce and spinach Chop broccoli Sprinkle sunflower seeds Place crab and mushrooms on top add dressing Enjoy
