P's Pork Chile Verde

Ingredients
1.0 small Onions, raw2.0 clove Garlic1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tsp cumin0.5 tsp smoked paprika22.0 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)878.0 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)3.5 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (.5cups)14.0 tbsp green chiles fire roasted and peeled,chopped30.0 tbsp herdez salsa verde1.5 tsp oregano dried
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Remove visible fat from pork, dice into bite size pieces and brown with onion and garlic. Add smoked paprika and cumin. Place meat in crock pot, add 2 cans of cannellini beans rinsed, 1 can of corn, 4 ounce can of chopped green chiles and one 16 ounce jar of Herdez salsa verde. Add oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Serve with brown rice and chopped cilantro for garnish if desired.
