Guilt-free hot cocoa

Ingredients
2.0 serving stevia packet2.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.5 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat)
Directions
I prefer to use "ultra skim" milk (different dairies call it different things. It's the skim milk that tastes like 2%, and not water). You can use more or less of the dry ingredients, depending on your taste. Heat milk, and mix in Stevia and cocoa powder. I find that using a shaker to mix it works perfectly. Just make sure the shaker can withstand heat! Sit back and enjoy!
