3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Cream Cheese .25 tsp Cream of tartar
Let eggs and cream cheese come to room temperature. Separate eggs making sure there are no yolks in whites. Set aside whites. Add egg yolk and cream cheese and beat together until smooth. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat with electric mixer until whites are smooth and hold stiff peaks. Fold yolk mixture into whites. Spoon onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet and smooth out to round shape. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. Bake in 300 degree over for 17-20 minutes. Original recipe calls for an additional couple minutes under broiler to brown.
