Slow Cooker Kalua Pork with Cabbage

Ingredients
2 lb Pork, fresh, shoulder, arm picnic, separable lean and fat, raw 2 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke (by CATSBANE) 0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 2 tsp Heinz Worchestershire Sauce (by RHIPEA76) 2 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN)
Directions
1) Mix kosher salt, black pepper, and ground ginger in a bowl; rub evenly into surface of pork roast. Place roast into slow cooker.

2) Stir soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke together in a bowl. Pour over the pork roast.

3) Cook on Low for 10 hours. Add cabbage to the slow cooker and cook for another 30 minutes. Shred pork to serve.
