Vietnamese pork lettuce wraps

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Fish Sauce2.0 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 clove Garlic6.0 tsp Ginger Root40.0 oz Pork Tenderloin15.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar12.0 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)4.0 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded
Directions
Cook first 5 ingredients in a wok with a little oil...add pork, cook thoroughly... Add brown sugar to coat, pork will release water, cook till pork is caramelized, don't stir much, just enough to not burn...cool...add to lettuce like tacos & add veggies either raw or cooked
