Ingredients
2.0 Grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 tbsp Mushrooms, cooked1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw2.5 Grams Tomato Sauce2.0 oz Venison, ground0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.5 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Sautee minced onions, mushrooms, and sweet peppers. Add ground venison and brown. Add tomato sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes stirring until even consistency. Let cool. Stuff Bell pepper with stuffing and bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for additional 5 minutes. Serving Size: 1
