2 pounds pork shoulder6c hominy canned12c water6 dried california chiles
boil peppers in water until soft and blend in blender until smooth
add chile puree and water to large pot
add pork cut into 1inch cubes to chile water bring to boil
add hominy and let simmer for 3 hours
makes 12 one cup servings
garnish with cilantro, radish, and onion enjoy!
