Homemade Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

2 cups dry mac & cheese (cooked)2 eggs (may want to use 3 as an option)3 cups milk (2 %)1 cup cut up fresh spinach (optional)2 1/2 cups shredded cheesefew dashes of saltfew dashes of pepper1 tablespoon dry mustard (or mustard)
Place drained macaroni in the bottom of a greased pan (9X13) or smaller (depending on how deep you want the serving).
Mix all other ingredients and stir thoroughly into the macaroni. If necessary add extra milk to cover the macaroni mixture, then add extra cheese on top if desired. Baked uncovered for 30 minutes then check. Place foil on top if getting too browned and continue to bake until the mac & cheese has a sponge like consistency.
