Wena Enchilada sauce

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving beef boullion cube (by EM4147) 4 tbsp McCormick Chili Tex-Mex Seasoning Mix (by ETINKHAM1967) .25 cup Flour, white 8 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
into water add bouillon cubes, when boiling add chili seasoning to taste, make roue with butter and flour. mix hot liquid into roue slowly to make sauce. add sugar at end.
