Scalloped Potatoes 1/6 of cake pan

Ingredients
44 oz potatoes, peeled and sliced10 Tbsp Flour, white 12 tbsp Butter, salted 5 cup Milk, 2%, 16 oz Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) cooked and sliced thick
Directions
Layer 1/2 potatoes in baking dish, then all ham. Add rest of potatoes. Melt the butter in a pan, stir in flour until smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in milk. Add salt and pepper. Bring back to a simmer until just begins to thicken. Pour over the potatoes and ham. Bake at 350 for about 2 hours, until potatoes are done and sauce is thickened.
