1 serving Pure Protein - Frosty Chocolate - Whey Protein Powder 8 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon) 0.75 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats 1 cup Granulated Sugar .75 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) .5 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain Kirkland Brand .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 0.25 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites) 2 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11 X 7 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Beat applesauce, yogurt, sugar and vanilla on medium speed of a mixer, or whisk by hand, until smooth. Whisk in coffee and egg whites.
Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend oats until they are like flour. Add in remaining dry ingredients and pulse to combine. Whisk dry ingredients into wet and stir until combined. Scrape into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack. Cut into 24 squares.
