Microwave Flax and Almond flour Bread

Ingredients
1.5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted 15 gram(s) Sains double cream, pouring, per 100ml (by EMSR2D2) 1 dash Salt 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Melt the butter.
Add salt and baking powder.
Wisk in egg.
Add flour mix.
Mix well.
Spray a small bowl with low cal spray.
Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes till Center of 'bread' is cooked and firm.
Cool down.
