Egg White Omlette

Ingredients
1 Lg Egg1 Egg WhiteCooking Spray1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese1/2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley1 Tbsp Milk
Directions
Heat Skillet over medium-high heat. In a small mixing bowl, whisk egg, egg white and milk well. Pour into heated skillet and sprinkle cheese and parsley on top. cook about 2-3 min or until bottom is almost done cooking, fold in half and cook for 1 min on each side.
