10 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 3 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 210 gram Peas ( Mann's sugar snap peas ) per 1 cup or 85g 8 oz Daikon Radish (by JO_JO_BA) 4 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 4 fl oz Water, tap 4 tbsp Honey 4 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 1.25 serving 1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar (by BOBBIY)
Directions
Shred bok choy, red cabbage, carrots and daikon
Julienne the snap peas. combine with above.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to vegetables above.
