Ingredients
2 cup Black beans1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree1/2 cup Cocoa Powder1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup 4 servings Ghirardelli Chocolate 60 Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (64 chips or 6 grams) 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1/3 cup Old FashionedOats, dry
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix everything except chips in a food processor until smooth.
Stir in chips.
Spoon batter into a greased 8x8 pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
