Ingredients
4 tilapia filets3 tablespoons of olive oil1 cup of sesoned or Italian bread crumbs
Directions
Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.
Coat tilapia filets with bread crumbs and place in skillet. Cook filets 3 minutes on each side or until fish is fluffy and opaque.
Makes 4-5 servings. Depending on the size of filets you use.
