Steak and Spinach

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 lb Beef, round steak .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp Corn startch (by JHENION) 2 tbsp Soy Sauce .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1. Cut steak in thin slivers diagonally across the grain.
2. Heat cooking oil and saute beef for 1 min. over moderately high heat in frying pan.
3. Stir in garlic and onion. Add spinach. Cook 2 min. uncovered stirring frequently.
4. Blend together cornstarch, soy sauce, and water.
5. Add to meat-spinach mixture; cook and stir several minutes until thickened. Serve over rice.
