Chocolate Banana Nut Bread

6 TB butter1 TB I can't believe its not butter lite spread1/2 cup Splenda with sugar2 tsp Splenda with sugar1 tsp vanilla1 tsp lemon juice2 eggs1 cup (3 ripe) bananas mashed1 tsp baking powder1.75 cups of flour1/2 salt1 tsp baking soda1/3 cup Daisy lite sour cream10 pecans, chopped1/4 cup chocolate chips, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with 2 tsp Splenda sugar blend.
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Add eggs and mix after each. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and sour cream. Mix to combine. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, check for doneness with knife inserted into middle of loaf. Bake additional 10 minutes if needed.
Cut into 9 equal pieces. Serves 9.
