BBQ rice, beans and tofu

Ingredients
1 can Black beans drained and rinsed4 cups diced tofu1 1/2 cups white rice cooked1/4 cup water2/3 cup BBQ sauce (the recipe only calls for 1/3 cup but I did not think it was enough so I doubled it, the nutrition facts reflect 2/3 cup)
Directions
Combine water, bbq sauce, beans and rice in a 2-qt sauce pan and heat thoroughly, about 10 minutes. Add tofu and cook until heated through, 2-5 minutes. Serve
