I didn't use shrimp or waterchesnuts because I am trying to clean out my refrigerator without going to the grocery store this week. This was delicious! Used celery seed, canned succotash, egg beaters and onion powder for replacements/additions. - 6/18/08

Store didn't have bean sprouts, and I added some onions. This really hit the spot for that Chinese take out I've been craving! - 7/17/12
