Shrimp & Chicken Fried Rice

• Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup • Celery, raw, .8 cup, diced • Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup • Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.5 cup slices (remove)• Scrambled Egg, 3 large Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook • Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz • Cooking Spray• Soy Sauce (Low Sodium) *Optional*
Start by Boiling your chicken breast.
After your chicken is finished boiling, cut chicken in small pieces. Then move to the side.
Next boil 1 cup (dry) whole grain brown rice for 10 minutes.
Next scramble and *Partially* cook 3 eggs , then lay to the side.
Next dice your celery and set off to the side.
Then drain and dice your water chestnuts and put them off to the side with your bean sprouts.
The last step is to gradually add (in 3 to 4 cycles) each ingredient (including shrimp) to a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray. After each cycle move food to a large pan and add *Optional* soy sauce .
