My Mushroom Omelet

Ingredients
1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 2 1tsp Canola Oil 0.5 cup green onion (spring onion) (by MONAB17) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Cheese - Mexican Blend - 2% - 4 Cheese - Shredded - Kroger 1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
Directions
1. Saute mushrooms and onions in 1 tsp of oil over low heat.
2. Meantime, beat eggs until they turn color.
3. Add remaining tsp of oil.
4. Turn up heat.
5. Pour eggs over vegetables.
6. When eggs are partly cooked, sprinkle cheese over top.
7. Cover for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted and eggs are firm on top.
8. Serve with ketchup.
