Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
8 tsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic 2 Tbsp Tahini 2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp salt juice of one lemon1/4 cup parsley several dashes of black pepper1/2 tsp paprika1/2 cup cold water
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil over low heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant

Place all ingredients except parsley in a food processor and blend until smooth; add parsley and pulse until finely chopped but not pureed

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes; may need to blend in more water if it is too thick

Serving Size: makes 2 cups; 16 2-Tbsp servings
