Turn on your stove to the highest heat then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a wok and place it on the stove.

While the oil is heating, crack 4 eggs into bowl.

Whisk the eggs with a whisk or a fork until the egg yolk and egg white are evenly mixed.

After whisking, use a measuring cup to measure 100mL of water, and add it into the whisked eggs.

Now that you have added water into the eggs, whisk it again for 30sec.

The eggs are ready to be "scrambled", so pour the egg mixture into the heated wok.

Now mix the eggs in the wok with a spatula.

Keep mixing the eggs till they start to have a lighter color and look solid.

Now they are ready, and can be served evenly onto 2 plates.

After serving, add as much salt and pepper to your liking.Now ENJOY!!
