Ingredients
3 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 5 mL Orange Juice 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 1 tsp Ginger Root
Directions
mix all ingredients except salmon in a bowl, put salmon into a foil pack and drizzle glaze over the salmon. Close up pouch and bake for 20 min. for about 15 minutes
