62 gram(s) Nickle's 35 light multigrain bread ( 2 slices) (by STORMEENYTE) .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, diced Celery, raw .13 cup, chopped Walnuts .50 serving Apple, Gala (medium) .75 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Preheat over to 350. Saute carrots, onions and celery in 2 tsps of broth until tender. Chop apple and walnuts. Set aside. Brown 3 slices of bread in a 350 oven about 10 minutes until dry enough to make croutons. Cut toasted bread into crouton sized pieces. Add all ingredients together and fill 2 individual casserole dishes. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
