Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 1 clove Garlic 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend tilll smooth OR leave a little texture
