Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil juice of one whole lemon avocado 1 medium 1 medium Tomatoes .5 medium Cucumber (peeled) .5 bunch Broccoli, fresh 2 thin slices red onions, raw .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
dice avocado and toss with juice of half the lemon. Dice or slice remaining veg and add to avocado. Drizzle with oil , remaining juice and salt and pepper. Allow to marinate at least 1 hour refrigerated.
