Quick Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil 1/2 small Onions, chopped or sliced thin1/4 medium Red Pepper, sliced thin3-5 Mushrooms, sliced3-5 Radishes, sliced10-20 Snow Peas2 clove Garlic, minced 1/2 tsp Ginger Root, grated1/4 - 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash1 tsp Honey 1 tsp Low-sodium Tamari 1/2 cup Beans 1 cup Fresh Spinach
Directions
Prep all the vegetables to liking. I prefer them sliced thin; you may prefer them on the chunkier side.

Add all veggies, except spinach, with oil in hot skillet. Saute until everything is tender (peas will remain crunchy), stirring frequently.

Add seasonings and beans, cook for 1 minute. Then add Spinach and cook until desired wilt.
