Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw . divided 3 tbsp Sour Cream
Directions
divide eggs, whip whites until stiff peaks form. Mix egg yolks and sour cream until completely combined

Add yolk mix to whites and fold until completely combined. Drop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet to make 6 breads. Cook at 300 degrees until golden brown. Let cool before eating
