4.0 serving Beets, canned sliced 0.5 cup4.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw50.0 gram(s) Beet juice fresh6.0 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar3.0 serving Stevia in the Raw
Drain one can sliced beets reseervibg juice
Drain 2nd can sliced beets discard juice iruse fir ither recioe
Thinky slice 1/2 onion making two rings
Mix juice and vinegar in 1 to 1 ratio
Add stevia to taste. It shoukd be tart but not sour
Mix oniins and beets put in glass container
Pour juice/vinegar mixture over beers and oniins
Refrigerate at least overnight
Will keep in refrigerator 7 days
