12 medium Oysters 0.5 cup Bread Flour - Unbleached, King Arthur Flour (by SWEETMAMAHARR) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g .33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .25 tsp Garlic powder
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Whisk egg and in a separate bowl mix the crumbs, cheese and garlic powder. Dredge oysters in flour, dip in egg, then dredge in crumb mixture. Put prepared oysters on a pan sprayed with cooking oil spray. Spray oysters with cooking oil spay. Bake in 400 degree oven 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
