Asian Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Pork 4 serving Dried Shitake Mushroom, 3 caps (by THINCEIL) 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 4 tsp Ginger Root 3 1tsp Sesame Oil 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Reconstitute dried shitake mushrooms in hot water for 30 mintues, reserve the liquid. Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Form into 1 tablespoon meatball.
Boil meatballs in reserved mushroom broth for 15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
