Fresh Broccoli Salad

1 bunch fresh broccoli, washed, cut into chunks1 cup grated cheddar cheese10 Oz. frozen green peas, cooked and cooled1 bunch small green onions, cut upbacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)Dressing:1 cup Mayo1 Tbsp. Vinegar1/2 cup sugar
Prep all items , place in large bowl. Mix Mayo, vinegar together and sugar. Pour over top toss and chill. Serve well chilled
