Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
3 tsp canola oil1 can Pink Salmon, lg1/4 C Flavored Bread Crumbs1/2 grated, or chopped medium onion1 egg, beaten, or substitute egg beaterspepper to taste
Directions
De-bone 1 lg can salmon. Put into a bowl with 1 egg, bread crumbs, onion, and pepper. Mix throughly. Form into 6 patties. Spray pam in large skillet. Add 3 tsp oil till hot. Add croquettes and cook till browned about 6 minutes, turn and brown other side. Serve with pasta and sauce.
