Quinoa cooked in Chicken Broth

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked Quinoa2 cups Fat-free Chicken Broth½ tsp Garlic & Peppers Seasoning
Directions
Rinse Quinoa in strainer (otherwise dish will taste very bitter). Bring Chicken broth and seasoning to a boil. Add Quinoa. Bring back to a boil. Simmer until broth is completely absorbed.

Makes 12 servings (¼ cup each)
