Ingredients
2.25 cup Rotel Diced tomatoes & green chilis Mild255.0 gram(s) Peppers, sweet, mini, red, yellow, orange (approx. 3)2.0 cup Brown Rice Great Value. Boil in Bag4.0 serving Kroger cooked grilled chicken breast1.25 cup old el paso red enchilada sauce2.0 cup kroger less sodium chicken broth1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Cook chicken and shred or cube. Add uncooked rice and all other ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked and stew thickens approx. 15 - 20 mins.
