Twice Baked Potatos

4 lg baking potatoes4 tb MilkSalt to taste2tb butter1/4 Cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F
Clean and scrub potatos. Pierce skin with a fork once or twice. Bake at 350 F for approximantely 1 hour or until potatos are soft and firm.
Let potatoes cool slightly. Cut baked potatos in half and scoop out pulp with 1/4 inch of the shell edge. Mash the pulp with milk,salt and butter to taste. Stuff shells with mashed pulp mix sprinkle tops with grated cheese. Place potatos on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

You can make it a lot faster if you do it in the microwave. Peirce potatoe and wrap in paper towel. a few minutes to microwave then scoop out and fill.
You can also spice it up by putting salsa or chilli powder.
