Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients
1 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Greens .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 serving Sargento Light String Cheese 2% Reduced Fat Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese 1 stick/serving 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
Directions
Spray pan with Olive oil spray
Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms
add power greens until wilted

whip egg whites and eggs together

Pour eggs over everything else. Add tabasco sauce to taste

Pull string apart and lay on top

Put in oven until set.

Cut in four pieces

I cooked in an 8 in oven proof sauté pan.
