Whole-wheat pita bread, tomato paste, mushrooms, black olives, green pepper, onion, and shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese.
Makes 1 serving of an individual size pizza. Use whole-wheat pita bread and spread a thin layer of tomato paste (or you could use Extra Virgin Olive Oil) as the base of the pizza. Then cut up some black olives, mushrooms, strips of green pepper, onion, and sprinkle some shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese on top. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Let cool, cut into 4 pieces, and enjoy!
