3.0 1tsp Olive Oil0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 cup Spaghetti Squash24.0 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey4.5 cup Prego 100% Heart Smart Traditional Sauce
Directions
Poke spaghetti squash all over for vents - microwave 10 minutes Cut open- shred- add to baking dish with 3 tbsp olive oil, Italian seasoning Bake at 375 for 5min to get the flavor Sauce- Brown turkey with 1/2 onion in sauce pan, Drain Add pasta sauce and simmer for 10min on med heat. Once done add ingredients to yourh own plate and enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1cup servings
