Oven Baked chicken fried brown rice

Ingredients
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 1 cup Brocholi Cauliflower Salad (by CKERIDER) 12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice) 3 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
combine all ingredients in a roast pan.add 3 1/2 cups of hot water. Stir to mix. Cook at 350 degrees for 45min. Stir often.
