Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 Egg 2 TBSP almonds2 TBSP ground flaxseed8 oz ground turkey, 93% lean
Directions
Measure almonds, then grind. Mix ground turkey, ground almonds, flaxseed and egg. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook, turning occasionally, until done. Makes about 16 meatballs.
