Tri-pepper Black Bean Chili

2 cans black beans undrained 1 cup vegetable broth1 cup chunky medium salsa1/2 yellow onion (chopped)3/4 red bell pepper (chopped)3/4 green bell pepper (chopped)3/4 yellow bell pepper (chopped)3 tablespoons white flour1 tablespoon paprika
Makes about 6 1-cup servings
1. Spray pot with non-stick spray
2. Chop onions, red, yellow, and green bell peppers
3. Over a medium flame, sauté chopped onions and all bell peppers for four minutes or until slightly softened
4. Add flour and paprika to pot and sauté for two more minutes (note: do not burn)
5. Add black beans, vegetable broth, and salsa to pot and mix well
6. Bring chili to boil
7. Bring heat down to a simmer for at least 10 minutes or until desired consistency
