12oz Poached Chicken Breast1/4 cup Craisins1 cup Plain Nonfat yogurt1/2 cup celery1/4 cup finely sliced and diced raw jicama1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Poach chicken with seasonings of choice Shred chicken Combine remaining ingredients into the shredded chicken Season with salt/pepper to taste. (Adjust nutrition, as needed) Divide into four equal portions
